We are not able to cover costs for items that have been damaged due to negligence and general wear and tear through the use of perfumes, lotions, fake tan, oils and sun exposure etc.

Metals will naturally tarnish over time this is not a fault in the product.
The best way to store your products is in a cool dry place and in the box or pouch provided to you at the time of your purchase to reduce tarnishing, tangling or scratching.

Please remove your jewellery while in water and avoid spraying perfumes or applying creams where your jewellery will have contact.
