Farrow Low jewellery is created using the highest quality materials and genuine semi-precious stones.

Metals will naturally tarnish over time this is not a fault in the product.

The best way to store your products is in a cool dry place and in the box or pouch provided to you at the time of your purchase to reduce tarnishing, tangling or scratching.

Please remove your jewellery while in water and avoid spraying perfumes or applying creams where your jewellery will have contact.

Free Delivery on Orders over £50.00 to the UK and Northern Ireland   
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked® service so a signature will be required on receipt of delivery.
All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
We offer Worldwide Shipping £10.00, 5 to 6 working days.
Please note that import duties and taxes incurred for shipping to countries outside the EU are responsibility of the customer.
We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

Thank you for shopping with Farrow Low we hope you love & enjoy your purchases.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges so please ensure you are happy with your purchases before purchasing.

However, if your order is damaged on arrival, we will be happy to exchange for the same style.

In this case you will need to let us know within 2 days of receipt of your item via email.

We are not able to cover costs for items that have been damaged due to negligence and general wear and tear through the use of perfumes, lotions, fake tan, oils and sun exposure etc.,
